Leading Telecommunications Company require a Senior Consultant*Project Manager. The position will involve managing the Voice Help Desk Operations activities including full understanding of Problem Management, Change Control and MAC processes and utilize service measure to drive service improvement and reduce cost of voice services. Providing problem and incident management in the line with the ITIL standards, Manage onsite Engineers work schedule and daily activities, Manage the relationship with the IT Help Desk (Voice 1st Line Support) ensure production services are managed and failures are measurable. To qualify for this opportunity you must have a minimum of 5 years Telecoms experience, a computing related degree, proven experience in defining and managing SLA`s to manage service, strong technical backgrounds in telecom system and network technologies, proven planning, organisation and leadership skills and a strong working knowledge of operational management systems, business processes and cost control.
